Upgrade Comments
A 2014 inspection by a marine surveyor commented that "A nearly two year program was conducted at Moores Marine in Beaufort, North Carolina. This involved the replacement of over two dozen hull/bottom planks, the boat deck was re-done, the main engines and one transmission were rebuilt, the interior was upgraded, the 32v system was retrofit to 24v. This work completed at a reported cost of $800,000 plus" It was the opinion of this experienced surveyor that "Angelus" was likely one of the finest Trumpy Yachts in service today.
