Hard enclosed aft deck with wing doors professionally done 10 years ago. Bulkhead between aft deck and pilothouse has been removed to create one large area with a wet bar/icemaker. Beautiful mahogany interior completely refinished to traditional red/brown stain replaces the original Chris Craft smokey brown. Galley area has been opened up to the saloon and updated with exquisite cabinetry and appliances.
Forward guest stateroom has upper and lower single berth arrangement with an ensuite head. The aft guest stateroom has 2 single berths in a "L" shaped layout, guest head/shower is across the companionway hall. There is a large double closet just aft of the guest head, accessed from the hallway. The aft stateroom has an athwartships double berth to port with a dresser to starboard and ensuite head shower. The master has an Atlantes residential size head.
Galley
Galley has been beautifully re-done with updated cabintery and appliances.

Dated electronics are included AS IS.
Electrical
Complete re-wire with updated AC and DC panels.
Deck/Hull
The good: In the last 12 years: Teak decks have been removed and new plywood decks installed then fiberglassed over. Bottom has been refastened. Aft deck has been enclosed and interior totally re-fit. All brightwork has been well maintained and has been kept covered. The hardtop has been re-fiberglassed. The boat was hauled in late Oct/Nov 2008 and the bottom and hullsides were prepped and painted. She looks good!
The bad: The (non-original) flybridge has been removed for rebuild and is missing. The flybridge wiring and cables are there. The fiberglass on the hardtop remains unfinished. A new owner may opt to terminate the wiring and finish the top, deleting the flybridge.
Remarks
This boat is in overall good condition, but still needs some exterior cosmetics and finishing of the hardtop/flybridge. This boat has been used as and is set up for year 'round liveaboard. She is priced to sell.
