Overview REDUCED - OVER 100K IN RECENT UPGRADES & SERVICE! "Scandalous" is an excellent example of how a pilothouse motor yacht should be built. Designed by William Garden and built by Pacific Mariner - this yacht reflects elegance, comfortable accommodation, functional operation, and a refined yet practical interior, with 3 very nice staterooms - all with en-suite heads! The Pacific Mariner 65's broad windows invite the horizon into a spacious pilot house with a lower helm with full instrumentation and a complete electronics package residing in easy view. Sliding doors open to port and starboard decks (starboard side wing station) and teak stairs ascend to the flybridge. The intelligently equipped galley features full-sized appliances that include a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range with oven, trash compactor, and disposal. In front of the galley and adjacent to the lower helm is a large L shaped dinette with table. This makes it so the guests can be included in the galley or underway operations, without getting in the way! Below are the 3 staterooms, all with en-suite heads! In the master suite there is a king-size walkaround bed is covered in designer linens. The forward VIP guest stateroom has a walk- around queen bed, and the Port side guest stateroom offers twin berths. All staterooms have their own Audio and Video entertainment package. Creature comforts in each of the staterooms include cedar-lined, lighted, hanging lockers, individual room temperature controls, reading and accent lighting, and opening portlights with screens. Reigning above it all is a comfortable and spacious flybridge designed for easy entertainment alongside a fully equipped helm station. "Scandalous" received a complete 1,000 Hour major service on her 60 Series Detroit/MTU Diesels in January 2023, and only has a few hours use since then. In 2022 she had an interior refit of soft goods, headliners, galley appliances, flooring and more at $60,000. The Nautical Structures Davit was completely rebuilt in August of 2022 at $19,000. There are numerous other service records available to the next owner. All of this, along with the A/C upgrade and recent services is about $150,000 worth of upgrades and service that a new Owner won't need to do! Of important note, the "Scandalous" has the very desirable option of having A/C on the Flybridge, accomplished by using two A/C Chillers, both of which were NEW in 2018 - about $40,000, and both Chillers were removed from the vessel in January 2023 and sent out to be updated to current specs - about $12,000. NOTE - Having 2 A/C Chillers is a retro-fit done on PM 65s used in Southern waters. Pacific Mariner 65s were delivered with only 1 A/C Chiller when sold new, which works well in the Pacific Northwest and New England, but is not adequate for warmer/hot climates - such as the Mid-Atlantic, South Florida and the Caribbean. This Pacific Mariner is in beautiful "Turn Key" condition, and ready to take her new owner cruising! Easy to see at Piney Narrows Yacht Haven in Chester, Maryland.
