Overview

FROM: THE POWERBOAT GUIDE

One of the best selling cruising yachts her size throughout
the 1990s, the Hatteras 52 Cockpit Motor Yacht is basically
a Hatteras 48 Motor Yacht (1990?95) with a cockpit. Aside from
her streamlined styling and versatile cockpit, perhaps the most
notable feature of the Hatteras 52 cockpit yacht is her spacious
aft deck with its wet bar, wing doors, and side windows panels.
The optional two-stateroom interior has the master stateroom
aft with a spacious en-suite head with stall shower. Entering the
spacious salon, a U-shaped sofa and coffee table are to port and
the entertainment center is to starboard. The galley and dinette
are forward in the salon, directly beneath large front windows that
admit tons of natural lighting. Continuing forward is the guest
VIP stateroom with en-suite head and stall shower.
The cockpit, while small, provides an easy boarding point.

Standard 720hp 8V92 Detroit diesels cruise at 16 - 17 knots.

Descriptions

Overview

"My Way" began her life in fresh water Michigan, then with her next owner moved to the Thousand Islands in upstate New York. She was always stored indoors in a heated building. Her current owner brought her to the "brackish" Upper Chesapeake Bay in 2013 where she has since been kept in a covered shed boat slip year 'round. "My Way" is in remarkable condition for a 1991 model Hatteras. Her engineroom is clean and free of salt water corrosion. Her paint finish is near flaweless.

Accommodations

"My Way" is a galley down 2 stateroom layout with 2 heads and 2 stall showers. The spacious aft deck is fully enclosed with hard sides amd wing doors and a soft enclosure aft. The aft deck is air cinditioned and has a wet bar with a refrigerator/icemaker. Below forward is a bright, open main salon with a wrap around sofa, chair and entertainment. Down a few steps forward is a galley and "U" shaped dinette. Washer and dryer are here as well. Forward is a very nice VIP Guest Stateroom with a centrline berth and a nice ensuite head with a stall shower. Aft and below from the salon is the spacious Owner's Stateroom with a walk around berth and a large head with a stall shower.
