  • 46 ft
  • Convertible Boat
  • Chester, MD, US

Yacht price :

$58,500

Overview

This is the LOWEST PRICED Series II 46 Post on the market!
In 1988, Post introduced the 46 II model with a little more transom deadrise and
a deeper forefoot for improved head sea performance. Several two stateroom
floor plans were offered in the Post 46/46 II during her
production years, and all are notable for their quality joinery and
furnishings. What really distinguishes the 46 from the offerings
of other builders is, of course, her sensuous and graceful styling,
long a Post trademark. Early models with 410hp 6-71 Detroit diesels
cruise at 21 knots. Later models with 485hp 6-71s cruise at 23-24
knots. A well regarded boat, used Post 46 models are nearly always in demand.
MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION TO $58,500 Sellers have no time to use her and are ready to move on. SHE IS A PROJECT BOAT and is PRICED ACCORDINGLY. Please Read the Descriptions for more info.

Broker's Comments
We consider "Rhumbline" to be a project boat. She is priced to sell accordingly. She has obvious cosmetic deficiencies and we suspect that she has core compromise in her cabin and deck structures as is quite common with 1980's POST boats.  Her machinery starts and runs. Her owner cruised her in Summer 2019. She is currently on the hard for Winter storage.
