Descriptions

Overview with Upgrades
This beautiful custom Alden yacht, which cost over $1,000,000 when built new in 2002 and delivered in June of 2003, is very well designed and was carefully thought through during her build, by the original owner and Alden Yachts. The original owner, a true "Yachtsman", cruised her until 2017! The current owner, also a true "Yachtsman", did numerous upgrades and improvements in 2021, totaling well over $100,000, including NEW Sidepower Variable speed bow thruster, NEW Splendide washer/dryer, NEW Uline icemaker, NEW Sea Frost 12 volt refrigerator/freezer, NEW KVH TracVision TV5, and much more! This owner just completed a 6 month round trip cruise from the Chesapeake Bay to Naples Florida and back, without any issues whatsoever! Complete Aftercooler service done in December 2021 with 1,760 hours on engines at that time!
All Brightwork was just Varnished (May 2022) and it looks beautiful!

Walkthrough with Additional Specifications
Entering the Saloon to port is a U-Shaped settee with a table, a forward facing companion bench seat and chart table.  To Starboard, there is a small L-Shaped settee, cabinate with icemaker and flat screen TV mounted on top, a fully adjustable electric Stidd helm chair, and the bridge console.  Down the companionway steps, the galley is to port and a versatile lower saloon is opposite.  The L shaped settee can be arranged to provide an additional double bunk.  This area has cabinetry, book shelves, drawers, a flat screen TV and Hi/Lo custom table, and the washer/dryer is concealed in custom cabinetry.  Forward to port is the head with a separate shower stall and all the way forward is the Owner's Cabin with a centerline queen bed, beautiful cabinetry, cedar lined closets, shelving, and drawers for storage.  On Starboard facing aft is a built in desk with chair and a flat screen TV on bulkhead
