Overview "HOUGH" is powered by the preferred CUMMINS 430 HP Engines. Sea Ray got it right with the 400 Sedan Bridge, a super-popular cruising yacht with a near perfect mix of European styling and luxury-class amenities. Introduced in 1996, Sea Ray went on to sell hundreds of these yachts before production ended in 2003. Below decks, the interior of the 400 Sedan Bridge is an appealing display of high-gloss cherry joinery, Ultraleather salon seating, and quality hardware and appliances. Most were delivered with a two-stateroom, galley-down floorplan with dinette and two full heads. (An alternate three-stateroom, galley-up interior was optional.) In both layouts the master stateroom is forward with a pedestal queen berth, cedar-lined hanging lockers, TV, and en-suite head. (Note that the salon sofa converts to a bed at the touch of a button.) Cockpit amenities include aft bench seating, icemaker, molded flybridge steps, and transom door with gate. On the downside, the engineroom is a tight fit. Built on a fully cored hull with moderate beam, prop pockets, and underwater exhausts.
